Issues Concerning Women: A Transformational Coaching Service established in 2007 with a focus on women and their families. Offering training and assistance to reach short-term and long-term goals of homeownership, financial freedom, business, career, and life skills.

Our mission is to educate and empower these women/ families through hands on demonstrations, seminars, and workshops.

Background

I started my first business in 1992 and have started several small businesses during the past 24 years.  My professional background is a Paralegal with over 20 years experience. In 2013 was hired by Bryant & Stratton College as their Career Services Representative, assisting her team with classroom training, meeting target goals and serving as The Business Development Rep for the Virginia Beach Campus. Also a Master Financial Instructor for Bank On and teaches a monthly Small Business Workshop. I host a Radio Talk Show with over 15 years experience in teaching and public speaking I am most comfortable in the front of the room.

I hold a Bachelors in Theology, in 2008 I was honored  with an award for Kingdom Building “Celebrating the Work of the Church” by Sycamore Hills A.M.E. Zion in Gates N.C. presented by Dr. Sandi Hutchinson, Pastor. In 2013 received the “Beacon of Hope Award” from the Urban League Guild of Hampton Roads for community service. In July 206 was presented with “The Small Business Guru 2016” awarded by G. Paris Media. On January 14, 2017 I will be presented with The Drum Major Award for Volunteer Service during the MLK Celebration Ceremony in Chesapeake, VA.
