Born to Elaine and Andrew Green, in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn N.Y. Andrew(young drew)Green has been destined for greatness since day 1.Following his father YOUNGN(young drew) started writing raps on his own at 9 yrs old. Moving to Rochester N.Y. in 1991 music was just fun for him. With his father dying in 94` music quickly became an escape from his depression. A high school talent show would change his escape to a way of life. After winning his high school talent show in 2002 with friends, YOUNGN(young drew)began to record music regularly. After moving to Binghamton N.Y. he met Tone Chop and that would be about the time where he started to grow as an artist. Recording numerous songs with Binghamton acts such as Franchise, Chris G.q. Perry and many more Young Drew began to make a name for himself. As a member of Franchises independent label tons of money Young Drew stood out with his versatile flows and larger than life persona. Pushed away from his peers Young Drew decided to move on his own. Starting his own label Mayd Nu Ent. In 2014, YOUNGN(Young Drew) has been blessing the local hip hop scene with his natural talent since 2005.
