Joel Carboni is the President of GPM Global, a US based project management professional development organization dedicated to the advancement of project management practices that decouple environmental degradation and economic growth.   

He has over 15 years’ experience in project and program management, working and consulting in both the private and public sectors for organizations in Banking/Finance, Energy, Legal, Technology, as well as local government.  

Joel is the author of the PRiSM project delivery method and the co-author of the book “The GPM Guide to Sustainability in Project Management”. Joel works to support training providers and academic institutions around the world as an advocate for SiPM (Sustainability in Project Management) and due to his efforts, GPM has grown to be active in over 50 countries and is a member of the UN Global Compact offering the only registered project management training course from North America to be registered with the International Project Management Association.

Joel has been recognized for his work with to promote Peace, Culture, and Education around the world and has received the Liberty and Humanitarian Award from the SGI.
