Emotional Freedom Techniques Training

Jayne Ferreira runs a private counselling practice called Elements of Nurture and specialize in Emotional Energy Therapy, a powerful combination of Conventional Counselling, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Reiki. She is a professional counsellor (dip. Addictions counselling – McMaster University) She has her EFT-advanced level 3 and reiki level 2. She has worked for an accredited children’s mental health agency, youth agencies, a women’s treatment centre and shelter and taught drug and violence prevention to grades 5 through 12 (Caribbean Island of St. Maarten). She is also in the last stages of publishing an Energy Tapping book for Children and their Parents/Guardians entitled ‘Tapping Away the Blues’. EFT Level 2 – 2 day – Feb 27 & 28
EFT level 1 – March 7

The Foundations of EFT – Level 1 – Learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques, (where it comes from, how to do it, tips for success, what gets in the way etc..) feel comfortable using EFT on yourself, family and friends. I day workshop (10am – 4pm). Receive EFT Level 1 Certificate of Completion.

Please give yourself at least a couple of months before taking level2.

Level 2 – gives you the opportunity to sharpen your EFT skills, discover new techniques for successful outcomes, learn about group work, phone work, and last but not least ethics and self care. You should practice on family and friends (100 sessions) before opening a practice or charging for services.

2 day workshop – (10am-4pm) Receive EFT Level 2 Certificate of Completion
