Join Rock and Spectre as we talk with members of the Nation's top fundraising Warrior Dash team, 

The MissFits 4 Life, 

who've just completed their third annual Warrior Dash mud run, and managed to raise $18,000 this year, for a total of over $50,000 for the past three years. All proceeds go to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital. 

We're also discussing various martial arts, their realistic place in society and our idea of modern-day Warriors.
