Let's Talk Body Language with Dr. Saunya

Let me start by stating the obvious, if a woman does not answer your texts, there are 2 reasons for that: 1.) she does not like you (sorry), or 2.) she seriously just forgot/did not see it.  But how do you tell which of the two it is?  It is quite simple really.  If she actually wants to talk to you, and just forgot to respond/did not see it, she will go back to her messages wondering why you haven’t responded.  At this point, she will notice that you did respond, and then respond to your text while also apologizing for the delay.  If she never responds, then that’s some bad news for you.

Another point of discussion that my guy friends bring up, is the fact that a girl crosses her arms.  Most people would interpret this act as meaning that she is bored with the conversation and would prefer you leave her alone.  On some rare occasions this would be correct.  However, odds are she did not even notice she did it.  I constantly cross my arms, and mean nothing by it.  It is simply a comfortable way for me to stand without looking awkward.  So don’t worry about the crossing of the arms. My personal favorite is watching guys try to figure out whether or not a woman is flirting with them.  It truly makes me giggle when a woman is being a cute, and you just look at the guy, assuming he would be acting the same way, but then he just looks confused out of his mind.  Guys, if a woman touches your hand or shoulder gently, that’s a subtle hint.  Also, if a woman twirls her hair while smiling and looking at you, that is also a pretty good indicator that she is flirting with you (unless she twirls her hair as a nervous tick).
