Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is part of (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement which is an umbrella term which covers all of the social groups Mr. Emmanuel Barbee has created online since 1991. Emmanuel Barbee is trying to create a coalition based on his revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is an online advocacy group to raise public awareness about the atrocities which is taken place in American ghettos or urban communities. Since Emmanuel lacks support from established black organizations in his city he decided to create social groups and promote his revised book in hopes to generating capital so that he can hire 30 qualified individuals to assist him in jump starting his organization in the murder capital of America Chicago.

Since 2001, over 4,000 people has been murdered in Chicago alone and yet no black leader in his city has a plan on how to solve urban violence. For twenty three years Emmanuel vision to improve Urban America has been ignored this is why he decided to make his organization private so that he can focus on those who want to work with him and for those who want and need his services. Through his organization he hopes to form a coalition of religious leaders and human rights organizations in the United States to solve these social conditions one community, one city, and one state at a time. He will only focus on 25 cities within 25 states. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will create a more effective and collective voice by including local residents who are clients or members in the decision making process and who are dedicated in preventing violence.
