Seizing the Day with Jessica Gutierrez-Rodriguez!

As the mother of a 7-year-old daughter born with hypoplastic right heart syndrome, Jessica Gutierrez-Rodriguez has learned the importance of everyday and especially how to seize the day! In today's show she'll be sharing with us how having a daughter with a critical congenital heart defect has influenced the way she seizes the day. She'll also share with us how her work in designing better healthcare facilities enables her to help others seize the day. Lastly, Jessica will give us advice on how we can be better advocates for our children (or ourselves) when they are hospitalized.
