THE THRESHING FLOOR...

After wheat or barley goes through the threshing process it is then ready for use. This is the same way with us when God wants us to rise to the next level of intimacy with Him. He takes us through a place of separation, breaking off ties, cleansing and purification. Matthew 3:11-12. A place to be refined and made pure, holy, a precious jewel, more and more like Jesus to be used only for Him, for His pleasure, for His glory! So then we can be fully prepared to minister to others who find themselves also on the threshing floor. If you are going through the threshing process today you are blessed. You see, the Father loves you so much that He wants to spend quality time with you. He wants to use this time to separate the wheat from the chaff in your life because He has something greater for you to do. He sees that you are worthy of taking time with because He knows what He has planned for the end product of your life. Hallelujah to His Name. The 'Threshing Floor' is a symbol of Blessing and Purification; (1) Blessing to be chosen, trusted and loved with Godly jealousy. (2) Purification; a place of separation only for the Master’s use. When you begin your threshing floor experience you may feel as if you have been through so much you can’t go on. Breaking off old habits, self, close ties that hold you back from what God wants of you, will not be easy but worthwhile. You are being prepared to enter the Holy Of Holies and God is going to meet you there and you will walk in supernatural intimacy with God that you have never even dreamed of. He is a jealous God and HE WANTS ALL OF YOU. He has invested in you all these years and only you can do what He is preparing you for and what He has called you to do. He trusts you, He knows you and is proud of you. Don’t give up now you’re on the brink of a miracle! Hold on tighter than ever to God and press in, PUSH through, you’re life will NEVER be the same! "Be still and know that He is God!" Psalm 46:10.
