Where did all of the Black People Go?

DIVERSITY what does that really mean? Does that mean that because a sprinkle of African Americans are in positions of power, that racism and colourism has disappeared? What is going on with this emergence of skin whitening products? Why are hispanics identifying with being Latinos as opposed to identify with their African roots? Where are all of the Black businesses in the midst of all of the immigration and gentrification? Why is Black culture stolen, used and abused and categorized?
