Kenny Ingram of Broadway's Lion King will be discussing what the recent announcement of budget cuts to the NEA means to him, as well as his upcoming projects!  Kenny Ingram Choreographer, Performer, Teacher, has been working on Broadway for 9 years in Lion King. Kenny was the Asst Residential Director for Hal Prince’s Showboat, Ragtime and more.  He has Won Jeff Awards in Chicago for his Choreography for 42nd Street and a Black Theater Alliance Award for Dreamgirls for his dance moves.  He Teaches Dance at The New York Film Academy for Their Musical Theater Program  and. He has been working on a one man musical which tells the story of his career, his family and his dealings with prostate cancer.  He has donated a lot of his time to different programs to non profit organizations in Chicago where he had lived for 25 years.  He has taught for The Goodman Theaters Youth Drama Workshop At the Robert Taylor Housing Projects.  kenny recently staged Season of Love for Yolanda Wyns at The Harlem School of Arts

Host Bri Cooper is a classical singer, actress, author and recording artist. She is featured in  Black Enterprise Magazine, Scholar Magazine, and ABC Here and Now, Bri is the producer and host of Operaluscious TV and Radio show in LA, DC and New York .
