Kyna Baker is principal owner of 5 Star Business Management. 5 Star Business Management is a company that was created to assist business
owners with daily business management activities including social media and traditional marketing support, customer service and retention management, website services, and executive assistant support. Kyna’s professional experience includes over 14 years of various leadership and management roles. With her assistance, one of her clients’ revenue increased from $1.5 million to $3.5 million in three years.
Along with her passion to help other business owners with their companies, she also believes in helping other young women reach their highest potential. Kyna has mentored young women through Creative Mentoring,
West End Neighbor Hood Center, and has facilitated programs with the Academy of Unlimited Potential. She also created and was past President of the Student Paralegal Association at Delaware Technical and Community College-Terry where she attained her degree in Paralegal studies.
As a community servant, she is the President of Delaware Valley Virtual Assistant Association (DVVAA) and is a former board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)– Delaware Chapter. Kyna is an active member of the International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA), Alpha Beta Gamma (ABG), and Trustees of Color (TOC).
