American Teens: How do we stop the violence?

Childhood and adolence has its own speech, its own feelings and its own thoughts. Adults must be the example of what it means to speak words of life and of truth. It all begins with adults to model the ability to dicern what is good, honest, true and just. Adults must put away childish things, then show teens and young adults to do the same. The recent death of Derrion Albert, a Chicago honor student, has once again brought teen and young adult violence to the forefront. Juvenile violence is not a new problem, but it is an issue we the people of the community must address.
