Tonights discussion will be about  Gender based misconceptions, sterotypes, and myths of the black community. Do any of them have any validity? More importantly WTF is going on? Are we all having an identity crisis? Do we know who we are? Or are we the problem because we except accept these labels?

When people start statements by saying all black men or all black women, these people are perpetuating the same divisiveness that the media and predudice/racist people have doing for years. What are some solutions to this issue? Call in if you have anything to add.
