GSMC Bible Study Podcast Episode 38: 9th Sunday After Pentecost (8-6-17)

Sarah reads and talks about the assigned texts for the 9th Sunday after Pentecost:  Isaiah 55:1-5, Genesis 32:22-31, Psalm 145:8-9, 14-21, Romans 9:1-5, and Matthew 14:13-21.  The gospel tells the story of Jesus feeding a crowd of more than 5,000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish.  This is extraordinary enough, but the example of Jesus reminds us of something else as well about God's love and the kingdom of heaven.
