It's 2015! The holidays are over and we're officially in a new year. What's weighing you down, making your physically, emotionally and/or even spiritually sluggish, emotionally or physically drained? Are you ready to shed that unwanted weight? If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired then get ready to lose some unwanted weight.

We all have things that we need to let go of in order to move on in this new year with energy, endurance, and tinacity. During this broadcast we will take a look at what you can expect with the new series Get in SHAPE: Lose the Weight. Get ready, get set, let's go!

Manna Word for the Day: Sanctify

  • to be clean; apint, bid, dedicate, hallow, (be, keep) holy, prepare, purify, proclaim.
    • Dedicate time to spend with God one on one. Have your Bible and notebook handy so you can write down what He is saying to YOU. Do this daily, preferably the beginning of your day. It will set the stage for the rest of your day.
    • Prepare yourself mentally, spiritually and physically. During process you will need to understand your body just a little bit more. Your thought processes (beliefs, ideas, etc.) will be challenged. As with any workout, we suggest that you speak to your physician and get a full workup.

This journey is not for the faint in heart or the double-minded. When you put forth consistent effort to achieve your goals you will see a person of strength, wisdom, and peace.
