The very definition of the history of Christianity is two roads diverged and the events are what make the difference, Esau to Seir Jacob to Egypt.

History will note the 44th and the 45th presidencies as two roads diverged in this 242 -year democracy; the moral makeup of each of the presidents have made all of the difference. Five presidential aides of the 45th president have broken the law since the November 2016 Election. No presidential aides of the 44th president broke the law in its 8-year term.

13 So I gave you a land on which you did not toil and cities you did not build, and you live in them and eat from vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant.’

Thus the Lord said, to the Children of Isreal, "You didn't build that" if you are paying attention you know it is a phrase from a 2012 election campaign speech delivered by former United States President Barack Obama... The Obama campaign responded that the criticisms were taking the phrase out of context, and the word "that" in the phrase was referring to the construction of "roads and bridges" in the previous sentence.

Obama's biblical relative remarks were used out of context in order to criticize the president. The president's remarks reflected the belief, common among Democrats when they are the atheistic ones, that successful citizens owed their success partly to public infrastructure and government spending, and that they should contribute to financing public goods out of a government installed by Roman 13, as spoken to Isreal many centuries ago.
