GroomerTALK with Debi Hilley, an avid Blogger for GroomWise.com. She has also written articles for the GroomTeam USA newsletter, NEPGP newsletter, the Groomer's Gazette and publishes her own website, Grooming Smarter. Her blog has been nominated fora Barkleigh Honors Award for Best Blog of the Year in 2011 and 2012. Some of the topics she covers include wet clipping, dematting, using snap-on combs and grooming the Cocker Spaniel. Quite often there are video clips in her blog posts to help the reader understand the technique being discussed. Debi is also a competitive groomer who has won many awards in grooming competitions including a Silver Medal at Intergroom with her Cocker Spaniel, Kermit. Currently she is writing a book for every day pet grooming styles for use in the salon, but her four grandchildren are slowing down the books progress.
