Next up will be Tinky Weisblat. Tinky Weisblat is a writer and singer who divides her time between western MA and Northern VA. She has a master’s degree in journalism and a Ph.D. in American studies. Tinky likes to explore the connections that link food, story, and song. Her recipes are simple but always tasty. Tinky’s “Pudding Hollow Cookbook”discusses the the foodways of the hilltowns of western MA.
