Our Second Guest is Gregory Heal. Gregory has a passion for food as we will find out based on his vast experience in the food industry.

He has published two cookbooks, “Give Thanks, A Collection of Heartland Recipes,” and “Harvest Time, Favorite Fall Foods.”  They are available through Lulu.com.  Currently working on a Grilling and BBQ book, developing resources for Heartland Cooking and Living, and Catering at Grilling to Go Catering! He strongly believes in partnering with other businesses to grow and thrive.

Our Third Guests are the Dynamic Due of Chef Scott Persson and Deeanne Persson with their "Infusion Wine and Dine Bytes" monthly segment. This month they are talking about the French Food Connection and Bubbles in Your Wine! Stick around and you might just learn something while being entertained. Our final Guests are Our Buddies, Hoboken Eddie and Hannah!  Eddie just had a great Spring Break Adventure with his Daughter Hannah; and they will be coming on to tell us all about the great food, friends and good times they had while on the road.
