The first person in Harvard Law School History to be accepted before filling out an application. 2. The first African American to setup a Law Firm on Wall Street 3. The first person to successfully execute the largest leveraged buyout at the time of overseas assets by an American company at $985 million. Next we will discuss why the New York Stock Exchange is attempting to join forces with the German Exchange Deutsche Borse Group. Finally we will discuss the New York Bar Examination held this past weekend and Buffalo and New York City due to the international cast of attendees.
