The SES satellite that will play host to a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) WAAS payload will be launching soon.

In anticipation of that launch, we're sitting down with the federal government SATCOM experts at commercial satellite provider, SES GS, to discuss what the payload does, how it will benefits constituents, and why the decision was made to launch this payload as a hosted payload, instead of as a purpose-build and launched satellite by the FAA.

Guests include:

Tim Deaver - Corporate Vice President of Development and Strategy at SES Government Solutions

Bryan Benedict - Senior Director of Innovation and Satellite Programs at SES Government Solutions
