A look at the CHIRP program and the future of hosted payloads

The team of experts that were instrumental to the implementation of the very first U.S. Air Force Hosted Payload on board a commercial spacecraft famously known as CHIRP - or the Commercially Hosted Infrared Payload - join the program to discuss hosted payloads, their benefit to the government and the CHIRP program, itself. The team is comprised of Rich Pang, the Senior Director of Hosted Payloads at SES Government Solutions, Brent Armand, the Director of Hosted Payloads for Orbital ATK and John Fleming of Leidos.
