Christy is the owner of Synergy Strategies, a business coaching and training company, established in 2002.    Her background and combination of skills helps her to work effectively with "movers and shakers" from the individual business owner to the corporate executive. Christy works with them to maximize their strengths and personal effectiveness to have clarity, focus and cohesive plans to GAIN time, energy and money.

She assists professionals in understanding themselves, their team, and those they are trying to reach.

Christy's motto is:  Everything is possible. Nothing is impossible. There are ways that lead to everything.

Christy is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College (BA in Psychology) and John F. Kennedy University (Master's in Marriage, Child and Family Counseling).  Christy grew up in CA, lived in NC and now is in MN, where she is married to Michael Geiger, the pastor at Good Shepherd Lutheran with their 2 daughters, Mikylie, 8 and Mikenna, 4.
