I am proud to my special guest, Dawn Gluskin, who will share her secrets to successfully growing her firm during the last three bad economic years as a CEO mom in a male dominated industry.

Dawn started SolTec Electronics as the CEO in her home office almost 3 years ago, and has lead Soltec to become a multi-million dollar firm that assists electronic manufacturing companies around the world in locating obsolete and other hard-to-find electronic parts. Her sister company, SolTec Labs tests components and protects their clients from counterfeits, which currently plague the marketplace. Dawn succeeds in the dominated technology sector, with less than 3% of all semiconductor related firms being run by women, while maintaining life balance, being a caring mother to her 3 year old daughter, and having fun at the same time.
