PLUNDERING FOR POMPANO

The skiddish Florida (common) Pompano are part of the Jack family.  Florida and Gulf coastal waters make this near and inshore fish a great sporting fish as well as a great pan fry dinner.  They are in the same family as the Great Pompano (Permit), African Pompano and Pacific Pompano. We will follow MJ Attong, Melinda Buckley and Ozzie Gonzalez as they tell us how, where and when to catch these guys and probably a good food recipe for them as well.
