We're building an army of grannies who want to motivate grandkids from around the world to change the trends of poor health into becoming the healthiest generation ever to exist. That's a pretty agressive goal to push for and frankly the deck is stacked against accomplishing it. So how do we succeed? By changing our own lifestyles and becoming healthy ourselves and then teaching those lifestyle changes to our grandkids. Most of us know the basic habits that create "good health", but we don't always practise them. We need motivation, a gentle nudge in the right direction, and accountability. The Good Health Granny is doing just that over the next few weeks. We'll motivate, nudge, and practise the basics of good health habits. This will empower us with knowledge we can share with the grankids of the world so they'll develop the skills they'll need to be the healthiest generation that has ever lived.
