Houston-based educator turned author, Michael David Harrison, has announced the debut of God Made All Things Great – an exciting children’s book that is sure to inspire generations to come! Written for children, ages 4-8, God Made All Things Great chronicles the Bible’s “creation story” (Genesis 1) in an inspiring and adventurous tale as seen through the eyes of Alexis and Jaylen. A curious duo, the bubbly pair leap from page to page exploring many of God’s greatest creations until they later find His most amazing one yet! “This is my first children’s book,” confirms Harrison who
recognized a limited repertoire of Christian-based stories for kids of color. “As a former principal, administrator and
teacher with 16 years of public school experience, I decided to take a leap of faith to pursue a new journey in writing.  My vision is to instill within kids the belief that there is greatness inside of them and that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them.”

Released in February 2018, Harrison has already traveled nationally and internationally to promote the
book. Audiences of all ages in London, Los Angeles, Dallas, Little Rock, Washington D.C., Houston,
Corpus Christi, Indianapolis, Chesapeake, Chicago, New Orleans and Las Vegas have both received and
celebrated the “good news” that speaks through each page! So far, the book has been featured in the
2018 Essence Festival and the song, Our Creator, from its soundtrack will be showcased at the National
Gospel Music Workshop of America conference this summer.

God Made All Things Great is an encouraging story that proves the same greatness that has existed since
the beginning of time surrounds and lives within us!
