This is a topic that I have wanted to cover for along time. I have tried to wrap my head arounfd this topic many times. Each time more confused than when I started. UCC... birth certificates... UPPER vs low case names, TRUSTEE, benefactor, you are sold as a security.... the list goes on.
Well, tonight we get it all sorted out. Bob and I have some scheduled guest that promised to post to night and explain how this works.
