Father Michael A. Morgera, a native of Philadelphia, Pa, is a Roman Catholic priest in the Diocese of Memphis, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Curry College in Milton Ma and a Master of Arts in Religious Education at the Maryknoll School of Theology in Ossininng, NY.
In addition to being an associate pastor, pastor and administrator for ten different parishes in the Diocese of Memphis over the past twenty-five years, Fr. Morgera is the chaplin for the St. Vincent DePaul Society, the Prison Ministry at both the City and County prisons and the Catholic Home School Association in Memphis . He was also chaplin at Memphis Catholic High School. Father Mike is the Director of the Retrouville Program for Troubled Marriages and teaches theology, church history and psychology of spirituality at the Diocese of Memphis Liturgical Institute.
