Zuckerman, a partner with law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt and Mosle will be with us to discuss the pending lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit titled Sklar v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue. Mr. Zuckerman represents Michael and Marla Sklar, a Los Angeles couple who seek to establish legal precedent as it pertains to the secret agreement reached between the IRS and the Church of Scientology in 1993.
