Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary Dominican Rite

In 1856, Pio Nono, Pius IX, declared  Ex Cathedra, de fide, the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  Recently I was confronted by a fallen away Catholic demanding that I leave the Church because I clearly see how intrinsically satanic the Church is. He argued Church teaching on the Doctrine of the Immaculate Conception is an obvious example of demonic mariaidolatry. I asked what is the Doctrine of the Immaculate Conception. He said, Mary was conceived like Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit with no need of her father Jacob. I will never leave the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church is intrinsically good and holy, the Mystical Body of Christ. Mary is the personification of the Catholic Church, the spiritual mother of our Redemption and the Eucharist, the Body and Blood of Christ her Son. Mary feeds and nutures us as a mother of holiness into alter Christus. The Immaculate Heart of Mary, which Our Lady of the Rosary, our Lady of Fatima has asked the Pope to consecrate Russia to by name, is the absolute flowering in the fullness of grace of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the Blessed Virgin, Our Lady of the Rosary, Our Lady of Fatima.
