GENAE GIRARD has been an entreprenuer since age 26, owning many companies one of which grew to be listed in the Inc. 500.

Her life dramatically changed when she got a diagnosis of breast cancer in 2006. Since her diagnosis she has become a patient advocate for women everywhere. She acts as a plaintiff for the ACLU fighting against the U.S. patent office and Myriad Labs who own a patent on the breast cancer BRACA 1 and BRACA2 genes. She has written a breast cancer book called "Off the Rack" and maintains a website called Beyond the Boobie Trap. She has over 14,000 breast cancer followers who learn from her website about how to move from treatment into a 'NEW NORMAL' way of living.
