Project teams and stakeholders responsible for regional and statewide broadband projects can learn a lot of valuable lessons from the fighting Badgers of the University of Wisconsin, and their private partner Packerland Broadband. 

 

The ARRA-funded Wisconsin broadband project, Building Community Capacity through Broadband (BCCB), prevailed over a lot of aggravation and turmoil created by incumbents and state legislators trying to kill their project, The project is now moving full steam ahead on improving broadband throughout the state.
