Long Live The King
Once again we are hearing from NY Congressman Rep. Jose Serrano who wants to repeal  22nd Amendment to the Constitution allowing A president to serve more then two ( elected )  terms. This was placed into the LAW shortly after the death of F.D.R and the NEW self style 12-term congressman wants to repeal it. Fedeal Judges already have repealed the idea of term limits on FEDERAL ELECTED officials.

Is that even legal? Does A State NOT have A right to limit ALL if not every single elected official @ ALL Levels?  Where does A Judge ( who is A politc servante as well ) get off tellling A STATE or COUNTRY what it's people can & can NOT do?

Supporters of the idea say the Constitution keeps Americans from re-electing their most successful leaders. However, Serrano re-introducing the proposal has ignited a firestorm on social media, with critics suggesting it is un-American.

Well what do you think of the idea?

Tonight let your voice be heard it's CTP on BTR w/ our cast of host's : " COOL " Mike  , Germaine , Monica & Sarge.
