EMOTIONAL TRAUMA: FROM A SHAMANIC PERSPECTIVE with PENNY COHEN, LCSW

Emotional Trauma affects everyone.  We all have them whether we realize it or not.  Some are profound and life changing, many are not significant and the rest fall somewhere in between.  On this show Penny and I will discuss what constitutes an Emotional Trauma, why they are not always bad and how the North American Shamanistic Tradition explains these events.

Penny Cohen is a transformational psychotherapist, relationship counselor and the author of “Personal Kabbalah: 32 Paths To Inner Peace & Life Purpose.”
Penny worked for and studied under Michael Harner, author of "The Way of the Shaman."  Find her at www.pennycohen.com.  .
