ATLANTA, GA – In June of 2015 the world was shocked to learn that Beyoncé was being sued for seven million dollars by singer Javon for stealing his song, "XOXO". The suit claimed that Beyoncé heard Javon’s track and then released her own version "XO". The legal filings and hearings went on for four months before being dismissed by the judge. Although Javon did not get everything he was hoping for, he made a statement to music A-listers and the entire industry that he was not afraid to fight for what’s his.

With all of the drama behind him, Javon has been able to get back in the studio and focus on making new music for his fans. On April sixth, Javon announced the he is working on his upcoming EP "Touch Me Again" and he kicked off the announcement by re-releasing his single "Play". Play is a feel-good party song that quickly gained popularity with the underground club scene, especially outside the United States. Javon released it on his media channels and received a great response so now he is re-releasing it to the mainstream news media.

Javon also took time to thank his fans for their support through his highly-publicized legal battle with Beyoncé. When asked for a statement on the matter, Javon had this to say, "The love I received through this last year has been monumental in my career. I am blessed to have the best fans in the world and your kind words inspire me in the recording studio. Look out for this new EP, I got some fire coming!"

The release date for the "Touch Me Again" EP has not yet been announced but Javon did state that he will be releasing his next single "It Was Your Love" in mid-April. For more information on Javon visit www.ThisIsJavonOfficial.com
