"11 o' clock Hour Of Power"

I welcome a special guest, Mrs. Sheri Zampelli as well as a number of Human Services Students from Long Beach City College. She is sharing with the world today about her new and upcoming show "11o'clock Hour Of Power" which begins January 11, 2014.  A woman of many talents, a teacher, certified Hypnotherapist, author of"From Sabotage To Success" and "Donate Your Weight" and past President of Agape Toastmasters. Ms. Zampelli is a Motivational Speaker, and the creator of an upbeat, get energized, power driven success model: "I AmGalvanized!".The purpose of this live show with a live audience is for people to be able to communicate, brain storm, conflict resolve, and problem solve issues together in a creative, fun and empowering environment. Mrs. Z, I loving call her, since I have enjoyed several classes with her and having some knowledge of her "get with it" while enjoying yourself and releasing inhibitions style of instruction, so much as to keep all of the handouts she gave me whenever I was a student in her class, as well as applying many of her lessons to my life today, in managing my stress, overcoming my phobias, and my favorite her CBT techniques and step by step trademark graphs on raising your own Self Esteem guides and work sheets. The Hour of Power will be a combination of music, hypnosis, storytelling and interviews.
