Today's episode is about challanging adversity, and his own life battle with MI, to make a way to make a difference, using EQ (emotional  quotient). The 4 elements: empathy the ability to put one's self in another's shoes. sociality addressing individuals in a social nature to assemble, efficacy the capacity to produce effect, resilience the ability to bounce back. Starting  without state, federal or private funding in 2001 in Longview Tx. Mr. Hanshaw, the Founder and Executive Director of Texas Special Children’s Projects, Inc. We are a 501(c)3 charity serving the special needs children and adults of Texas. The mission to enrich the lives of handicapped, disabled and special needs individuals by providing quality recreational, entertainment and activity projects throughout the year.These special individuals come from a diverse group. Many are severely debilitated children in specialized care hospitals. In other cases some are mentally challenged adults who due to their challenges will remain psychologically at the age of a minor child during their lifetime. Others are those with extreme physical challenges which limit their mobility.
