One thing is sure about transition. It is never constant. As soon as one feels that they have arrived at a sure, steady pace, or place, something....unexpectantly changes. Something shifts. If one is not situated securely, they will teeter and fall. Well, that is where many find themselves today, especially if they are on any frontline. Yesterday, it dawned on me that we had encountered another shift. I could literally feel it in the atmosphere! In fact, it was a 48-hour shift.
