Game Motivators

With Special Guest Jonathan Peters, PhD – International Speaker and Author on Influence and Motivation

In this episode of Gamification Talk Radio, we’ll be discussing 16 motivators and how you can use them to reach and engage your “players”

We have to be motivated to play games. But what motivates you probably doesn't motivate your target players. In fact, you may actually be pushing them away with your game design.

Monica and Jonathan will give you:

  • The 16 Motivators in a nutshell
  • How you can apply the motivators to your Gamification projects
  • Examples of how the different motivators can be applied to reach your different “players”

Dr. Peters applies the 16 Motivators to business and training applications. His focus has been customer and prospect engagement, and his insights will help you ensure your target audiences not only play, but stay engaged in training and development.
