CSM (RET) Mike Hall enlisted in the US Army in 1976 and went straight to A Company, 1st Battalion 75th Infantry (Ranger).  He served in virtually every leadership position in the 75th Ranger Regiment, including the Regiment Command Sergeant Major.  Hall has served as CSM of the Joint Special Operations Command and as CSM of the United States Army Special Operations Command.  He retired in 2008 after 32 years service and spent a year with Lockheed Martin until being recalled to active duty, this time to serve as the CSM of the International Security and Assistance Forces.

Mike has now retired (again) and works as Lead Associate at McChrystal Group, a comprehensive leadership consulting firm.  He also serves on the advisory board of GallantFew, Inc.

GallantFew is a veteran serving nonprofit that helps veterans (focus on US Army Rangers) transition from active duty to civilian life. Today's guest is: This internet radio program highlights veterans who have successfully achieved that transition; veterans that have overcome tremendous odds; organizations that provide great programs for veterans; and other items of general veteran interest.
