The opening rounds of the NBA and NHL playoffs kicked off last week, and how fast of a start are they off to. Triple overtimes, hard hits, and some upsets early on. In the NBA we saw the Pacers fall to the eight seed Atlanta Hawks, and the Brooklyn Nets make easy work of the Toronto Raptors. Out west, the Warriors took down the Clippers, and the Spurs went on a 15-0 run late in the fourth quarter to seize the victory and 1-0 series lead. The Wizards frontcourt dominated for a Wizards win over the Bulls as Nene had a solid game on both sides of the floor. The Knicks started the cleaning process as they fired Mike Woodson on Monday afternoon and the Utah Jazz followed suit by releiving Tyrone Corbin of his duties.
