The NBA playoffs are set to start Saturday with some interesting match ups in both conferences. The Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets will battle in the first round out East while the Clippers and Warriors go at it in the West. Needless to say, NBA fans should be in for a treat early on. The Heat decided to rest LeBron James and Chris Bosh and in doing so lost the number one seed to the Pacers. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily.
On the ball diamond, the Milwaukee Brewers were winners of 9 in a row, which included sweeps of the Boston Red Sox and the Philadelphia Phillies. In the first year of instant replay, we have already seen some mistakes, and if it continues that way, it could be a long season with a bunch of manager ejections.
Brian and Joe will also discuss what college basketball players should return to college for another year, and which ones should go chase the paycheck. Also, today the NCAA created a proposal for unlimited snacks and meals for division I athletes....even walk ons. Guess you can call that one the Shabazz Napier effect!
