The words that I saw in this letter is that he will make it a Executive Order to make all speech a hate crime unless he grants it to be okay.
Another words the type of free speech that we are all used to will be hat speech.
the only legal speech is what is called politically correct and what a liberal like Obama want you to uses as speech is okay. No more speech the a conservative would like to use is no longer acceptable accordingh to Obama.
