Macroeconomic does come from Big Governemnt or the Communist way of governing.

Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships.

This also means to have communist control.

Trade

Promote a universal, rules-based, open, non-discriminatory and equitable multilateral trading system under the World Trade Organization, including through the conclusion of negotiations under its Doha Development Agenda 

Any time you have something like a universeal which does mean one cording to the word UNI's meaning just one and the one one that the UN is talking about is a communist trade whereby you must do it the communist way or nothing can be traded.

All this does mean is a one world government control. or communism
