This comprehensive program is the brainchild of Marine Mustang, Cesar Nader. A “Mustang” is an officer that began as a Private and then worked himself up through the ranks to become an officer. Cesar spent 10 years as an enlisted Marine. He served two combat tours; and, he became a Gunnery Sergeant before being commissioned as Marine 2nd Lieutenant, Logistics Professional. He retired as Captain, with almost 21 years of honorable service.
In 2011, when it was time for Cesar to transition, he spent two years working on his plan of action. He conducted over 200 phone screenings, and more than 40 job interviews. He had 11 job offers on the table before retiring from the Marine Corps. All that effort taught Cesar how to effectively market himself to employers, in the private, public, government, non-profit, and overseas sectors. He knew that he had to share this information with those veterans following him out of the military.
