There is a cliché that says, “I’m too blessed to be stressed!” Truly the person who learns to be temperate in all things, in simple words those who are able to adapt to any situation, usually are more healthy in mind and body, because they don’t allow people or circumstances to control how they feel, and thereby taking things in stride puts less strain on the heart and helps us to avoid having cardiac arrest, strokes, ulcers and migraine headaches. Take some time to meditate and relax for a few days and enjoy the upcoming Holidays, you’ll live longer and feel better!
