Endless Opportunities

 I constantly hear those sad stories about people who worked hard for their one opportunity and it fell apart right in front of them. Many people give up after that, but why? You don't really believe you only have one opportunity to accomplish all your goals, do you? What if you only had one test every year in school and that determined whether or not you passed that grade, its one opportunity, right? No getting that chance to go home and study harder next time, its one shot pass or fail. That'd be ridiculous. Or, what if you had only one chance at football tryouts to throw a pass, and your pass wasn't long enough so you can never play football? No, if your pass was too short, you'd try again, and if you didn't make the team this time around, you would most likely train all season long and come back next year ready to kick butt. Life has been teaching us this lesson all along, if you mess up, try again. However, for some reason, we made our own rules to this game and said that we only get one shot when life has so many time proved that to be false.
