Ron Bordner Co-Founder of ALPHA Ghost Team

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ron became interested in the paranormal when he witnessed his first full-body apparition at the young age of seven years old. This early age experience strengthened his interest, and he soon became obsessed with visiting the local libraries in order to find books on ghost stories, ghostly encounters, and everything in between. As the years have passed, he has continued that tradition and regularly tries to find new and exciting information concerning ghosts, hauntings, and paranormal phenomena.

He is a licensed paranormal investigator, a certified instructor, and is ALPHA’s photography expert. On a bi-annual basis, he and ALPHA Co-Founder Scott Tepperman, use their knowledge and expertise to host the popular “Ghost Hunting 101 Lecture Series” at various bookstores and locations throughout Tallahassee, Florida. The lecture series is geared toward both the paranormal novice as well as the paranormal expert, and gives a “real world” taste of ghost hunting, tips/tricks, and investigation techniques.

As a Lead Field Investigator, Ron brings a vast array of positive traits to ALPHA. He uses his “50% skeptic 50% believer” philosophy in order to debunk ghostly claims at haunted locations, as well as try to debunk ghostly images in photography and video. He is also ALPHA’s graphic designer in charge of creating publications, photo editing, and website maintenance.
